Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B / Industrial).
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Role Overview:
As part of our growing team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on content creation, email marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing technical or industrial products and a solid understanding of the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Mafna’s custom HVAC solutions.
- Create high-quality digital content including website copy, blogs, case studies, and marketing materials tailored to B2B audiences.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure relevance, SEO optimization, and alignment with company offerings.
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills with the ability to understand and simplify technical products.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, outreach campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing metrics.
- Familiarity with the Canadian market and B2B customer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HVAC, engineering, or industrial manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation systems.
- Graphic design or basic visual content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
